Different brands offer their superior protection of gadgets to prevent a device's usage by someone rather than the owner. For example, Apple computers equipped with the T2 security chip have an iCloud System PIN Lock feature.

I recently bought a replacement keyboard on ebay for my MBP and just installed it. Best mac cleanup utility 2016. It's been about a week, and just today, I noticed the capslock key doesn't work. I'm not sure if it has been this way, or if it recently just stopped. The light doesn't come on at all.

I have a Mac Pro that is running OD to create users. My problem is that the users that I have to give macs to, need rights on their machines to install programs because of all of the development software that these individuals need. I don't want them to be able to make a local user so that they cant unbind these machines from the OD server.
They still need access to terminal. I don't want them to be able to boot into the recovery partition or terminal to get super user rights (thus changing passwords or adding/deleting users).
